Trade Account & Pricing
A: No. Prime Indo is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer and wholesale supplier. To protect the market integrity of our retail and commercial partners, we supply exclusively to trade professionals, wholesalers, retailers, and interior designers.
A: We offer true factory-direct wholesale pricing. To ensure these prices remain confidential for our trade partners, we do not display them publicly. You must register for a trade account and be approved by our team to view pricing.
A: Click the “Register” button in the top navigation. Fill out the required business details. Our team reviews all applications manually to verify trade status.
A: For security purposes, you do not create a password during registration. Once your application is reviewed and approved (usually within 24 hours), our team will generate a secure password and email it to you. You can then use that password to log in and view pricing.
Ordering & Minimums
A: Once logged in, you can add items to your cart. Submitting your cart acts as a Request for Quote (RFQ), not an immediate purchase. Our team will review your selected items, calculate the best shipping logistics to your location, and provide a final Pro Forma invoice for your approval and deposit payment.
A: As an international exporter dealing in bulky furniture, we focus on volume shipments to ensure cost-effectiveness for our clients.
We generally recommend ordering a Full Container Load (FCL) (20ft, 40ft, or 40ft High Cube) to achieve the best freight rates and lowest unit cost.
We do accept Less than Container Load (LCL) orders, but a minimum volume threshold applies to make export crating and shipping viable. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
A: Generally, we require a 50% deposit to commence production at our factory, with the final 50% balance due upon completion of goods and prior to the release of shipping documents (Bill of Lading).
Manufacturing & Products
A: We are manufacturers. Prime Indo is Australian-owned and operated for over 25 years, and we own our manufacturing hubs in Java, along with a finishing and sourcing warehouse in Ubud, Bali. By dealing with us, you are dealing directly with the factory source, eliminating agent fees.
A: We specialize in sustainable and character-rich Indonesian materials, including solid teak, recycled timber, reclaimed boat wood, natural rattan, bamboo, and GRC, Terracotta or stone for our garden statues and water features.
A: Yes. Because we control our manufacturing facilities, we can accommodate custom designs, specific dimensions, and private labeling for volume orders. Please provide detailed drawings or specifications to our team for a quote.
A: We have our own dedicated Australian and Indonesian management team on the ground. We conduct rigorous QC checks at multiple stages of production—from checking raw timber moisture contents to frame construction, finishing, and final pre-shipment inspection—to ensure Australian standards are met before containers leave our yard.
A: Absolutely. We believe in complete transparency and welcome our current and prospective trade partners to visit our operations in Java to see our production processes firsthand. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
Shipping & Logistics
A: Yes, we export to major ports worldwide.
A: Our standard quotes are usually FOB (Free On Board) from Indonesian ports (Semarang). This means we handle getting the container packed and delivered to the port. You are responsible for ocean freight and import clearance at your destination. However, we can assist in arranging freight to your nearest port (C&F or CIF) upon request.
A: Lead times vary depending on the size of the order and current factory capacity. Generally, for a full container order, production takes approximately 8–12 weeks from receipt of deposit. Shipping times depend on your final destination. We will provide estimated timelines when you place your Request for Quote.
