Our ordering process is designed to ensure we are partnering with legitimate businesses, allowing us to offer true factory-direct pricing.
Here is the simple four-step process to access our catalog and place your order.
Step 1: Register for a Trade Account
To begin, you must apply for a trade account. This is a brief form designed to verify your business status.
Please be prepared to provide basic business details, such as your company name, contact information, email and mailing address.

Step 2: Account Review & Approval
Once you submit your application, our team will review your details to confirm trade status. We aim to process all applications quickly, usually within 24 business hours.
Important Note on Passwords: To ensure security, you will not create a password during the initial application. Once your application is approved, our team will generate a secure password and send it to your registered email address. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this approval email.
Step 3: Login and Access Wholesale Pricing
Once you receive your approval email with your login credentials:
- Return to the Prime Indo website.
- Navigate to the Login page.
- Enter your email and the password provided by our team.
Once logged in, the website environment will change. You will now have full access to wholesale pricing across our entire range of products.
Step 4: Build Your Order
You may now browse the catalog and add items to your cart.
Since we deal in high-volume shipments (LCL and FCL), your final cart submission acts as a Request for Quote (RFQ) rather than an immediate e-commerce transaction.
Once you submit your order list, our team will calculate the final logistics, shipping costs to your nearest port, and lead times based on current factory capacity. We will return a finalized pro forma invoice for your approval and payment to begin production.
